Job summary

A leading defense contractor is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support maritime programs in Franklin, MA. This hybrid position will involve acting as the primary customer interface and leading program reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading defense-related projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Project Lead experience with Department of Defense customers.
• Proven track record of managing programs with challenging technical, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Strong customer management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer interface and lead program reviews.
• Create program plans and monitor performance against plan.
