Job summary

Southeastern-Comp-Consultants-Inc (SCCI) in Dahlgren, VA seeks a Program Manager to lead a team of engineers on a Systems Engineering contract supporting future work through 2028. You will establish and maintain EVMS, manage IMS, and ensure milestones align with mission plans.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or technical discipline with 10 years of relevant experience (or 15 years for the alternate path).
10 years of professional experience in research, systems engineering, design and development with combat/weapon/fire control systems.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain EVMS tracking; generate Monthly Cost Performance Reports.
Execute procurement entry in IBPES or related applications for acquisition planning.
Maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and baselines; ensure milestones and statuses are accurate and aligned with plans.
Provide life‑cycle engineering project management, cost estimation, risk monitoring, and configuration analysis.
Build and maintain performance metrics and project tracking tools to monitor resources, schedule variances, and spend plans.
