Job summary

Hive Group is seeking a Program/Project Manager II to oversee mid-to-senior level management of TSA vetting, credentialing, and passenger screening programs. You will lead project planning, monitor schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and deliver executive-level reporting to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives under MD 102-01.

The role requires on-site presence at least one day per week at government facilities, with a hybrid work model based in Annapolis Junction, MD and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Systems Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of direct experience in project management, lifecycle oversight, scope control, schedule tracking, and risk management.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification.
• Security Clearance: Must pass TSA Personnel Security suitability requirements prior to performance kickoff.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Schedule Management: Develop, manage, and update the Project Management Plan (PMP), IMS, WBS, and baseline documentation.
