Job summary

Hive Group seeks a Program/Project Manager II to oversee TSA vetting, credentialing, and passenger screening initiatives, including PreCheck, Secure Flight, and ICAM/Digital Identity. You will lead project planning, schedules, budgets, risk management, and executive reporting to achieve cost, schedule, and performance targets.

The role is hybrid, based at Annapolis Junction, MD and TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 7 years of direct project management experience.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain TSA suitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update PMP, IMS, and WBS baselines.
• Monitor budgets, milestones, and dependencies across programs.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans; drive issues to resolution.
• Coordinate with government leads, vendors, and inter‑agency partners.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and executive dashboards.
• Oversee change control and QA of program artifacts.
