Job summary

Sage is seeking a Program Execution and Project Manager in the United States to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will develop and manage project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and success metrics across cross-functional groups.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive governance, change impact assessments, and continuous improvement. Hybrid role with in-office days three per week.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Track record of collaborating across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactiveness and a strong positive outlook and approach to change management with strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organization complexity while driving clarity and outcomes.
• Proven ability driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and clear communications.
• Strong verbal and written communications across a geographically dispersed audience.
• Experience in a commercial organization with partner and customer-facing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs across Sales and Success Digital Enablement, RTR, regions, and functions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects with governance, change impact assessments, and an established execution model.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on program status and business impact to executives.
