Job summary

Sage is seeking a Program Execution and Project Manager to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team, coordinating cross-functional programs across RTR, regions and functions to deliver large-scale impact. You will develop project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, communication strategies, manage risks, and report outcomes to executives.

Hybrid role, in-office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to drive clarity in rhythm of business.
• Strong change-management mindset and business acumen.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations to drive outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across dispersed audiences.
• Ability to translate commercial insights into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team.
• Develop and implement project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and comms strategies.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Govern projects using ROB, governance, and change impact assessments.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide status reports and guidance to leadership and teams.
• Establish and track success metrics for programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.
