Sage in Raleigh is seeking a Program Execution and Project Manager to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will craft project and program plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and metrics, ensuring alignment with regional and functional goals.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support to drive programs from planning through execution, manage risks, report to executives, and foster continuous improvement in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive clarity in rhythm of business.
• Strong business acumen and change management mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across distributed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives and programs for Sage's go-to-market and regional teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and success metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support to drive outcomes.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and report program status to leadership.
