Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead strategic cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive initiatives that impact go-to-market, regional and functional areas across Sage.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps and communication strategies; coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support; and delivering detailed program status to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business program management, project management, or business operations.
• Proven track record collaborating across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactive change management mindset with strong business acumen.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and drive clarity/outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication across dispersed audiences.
• Experience in a commercial organization with partner/customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs aligned with Sales and Success Digital Enablement, RTR, and regional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects within a governance and change impact assessment framework.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Resolve issues and focus on continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and success metrics; report outcomes to leadership.
