Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Manager to drive global initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will manage large programs, develop detailed project plans, RACIs and stakeholder maps, and deliver measurable business impact across regions and functions.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT and Marketing to maintain rigorous governance, manage risks, and enable successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations
• Able to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business
• Strong change management and business acumen for rapid ramp
• Experience in multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs
• Ability to translate complex ideas for leadership and executives

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives and programs with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement project and program plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps and comms
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support
• Drive projects with governance, change impact assessment and execution model
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Resolve issues and promote continuous improvement and lessons learned
• Establish performance metrics and report program status to executives
• Advise team members on processes, policies and reporting requirements
