Job summary

Sage in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Program/Project Execution lead to manage cross-functional initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive large programs, develop project plans, RACIs and stakeholder maps, and align with RTR and regional objectives.

The role is hybrid (in-office 3 days a week) and requires strong communication, change management, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in project/program management or business operations.
• Experience coordinating across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactive, change-minded with strong business acumen.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and deliver outcomes.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global strategic initiatives aligning with sales enablement and RTR.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, and stakeholder maps.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support.
• Drive governance, risk assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Produce status reports and communicate outcomes to executives.
