Position DescriptionDirectly support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), F/A-18 Fleet Support Team (FST) at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, California. Duties will include:Provide program analysis support for FST business operations, including:Workload management and prioritizationExecution tracking and status reportingFiscal year planning supportProject schedules and staffing plansPerformance metrics and trend analysisBusiness operations and process improvementsCollect, organize, and analyze workload, schedule, staffing, and resource data to support FST planning and execution.Track progress against plans, identify variances and risks, and prepare status reports, briefings, and recommendations for Government consideration.Coordinate planning inputs and action items across FST stakeholders; maintain project plans and recommend improvements to workflows and reporting processes.Desired Experience:Familiarity with program analysis tools and practices including:Microsoft Excel and data analysisMicrosoft PowerPoint and management briefingsWorkload tracking and performance reportingFiscal year and resource planningStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.NAVAIR or FST business operations experience.Current Secret clearance is required.No per diem. Specialized experience in F/A-18 sustainment, as applicable per the contract labor category table.Minimum Education Requirements:BS or BA degree in Business Administration or a \"Relevant Technical Discipline.\" (6 years’ additional work experience, or an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.)Base Salary Range: $55.00-$65.00/ per hourThis base pay range is specific to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Washington, and any other state that may require such disclosure.
