Job summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Program Analyst, Journeyman to support the NAVAIR program office at Pax River, MD. The role blends program management, technical analysis, and business analysis to enable acquisition and sustainment of strike weapons.

You will work with PID, CDRLs, AP, J&A, SOWs, GFP memos, and PMT artifacts, applying DoD processes to ensure compliance and timely documentation. A DoD Secret clearance and Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience with the requirements.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating cost and performance trades, with experience in processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation.
• Experience managing program/project statuses, including earned value management (EVM) and scheduling.
• High level of proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate and assess program objectives, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Conduct analyses of requirements, budgets, and schedules to support decision‑making.
• Collect and interpret data related to acquisition and product programs for reporting.
• Utilize data insights to support program development and sustainment activities.
• Follow government processes for documentation management, change control, and data management to maintain integrity.
• Prepare and review PID, CDRLs, AP, J&A, SOWs, and GFP memos.
• Use PMT to initiate and track PID through contract award and related docs.
• Track CDRL deliverables to ensure timely receipt of documentation.
• Support program reviews using AMS visualizations and Acquisition Health Monitoring Tool.
• Assist in preparing memorandum and planning documents.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring action-item follow-up.
