Job summary

Lockheed Martin Skunk Works® Planning Team is seeking a Program Planner to lead scheduling and integration across engineering, procurement, contracts, and production. You will build and maintain time-phased Integrated Program Schedules and perform schedule risk assessments to support on-time, in-budget performance.

The role requires experience with schedule tools (Deltek Open Plan, Milestones) and strong collaboration with program management and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experiences with networked schedules.
• Knowledge of Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Program Schedules that validate flow, budget, and resources.
• Assess schedule impacts of proposed work on existing and future plans.
• Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production
