Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA seeks an experienced Integrated Program Planning Manager to lead scheduling across the Skunk Works contracts and proposals. You will guide day-to-day PP&I initiatives, coordinate with engineering, contracts, and management, and serve as SME for scheduling matters in proposal planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with performing and adjudicating Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics.
• Experience with cost and/or schedule (e.g., IMS, CPM, EVMS).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide integrated program planning support for Skunk Works Contracts and proposals.
• Own scheduling for program planning and integration across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and maintain schedules; assess impacts of proposed work on existing/future plans.
• Coordinate with program management, senior management and customers as the planning integrator.
