The position supports an integrated team across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.

Primary tools include Deltek Open Plan, Milestones Professional, and Excel. The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Experiences with networked schedules.
• Experiences delivering briefings to team members and project teams.
• Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules.
• Assess schedule impacts of proposed work on plans.
• Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule networks.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
• Evaluate planning products and remediate gaps.
• Provide time-phased critical path analyses and planning data.
• Ensure commitments are tracked and statused.
• Interface with program management and the customer as the planning integrator.
