Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst – Level 2 or 3 to join our team. You will perform detailed schedule, resource, work and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts, and prepare the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet objectives.

You will interface with functional and supplier teams, present to leadership, and implement scheduling best practices including DCMA 14-point, EVMS, and IPMR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant scheduling experience.
• 2+ years for Level 2 or 5+ years for Level 3 in program/project planning and scheduling.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Ability to obtain US government SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Develop and coordinate Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure integration across teams.
• Interface with functional and supplier teams and present to leadership.
• Implement scheduling best practices including EVMS, IPMR, SRA, and IBR/JSR processes.
• Provide weekly status and reporting; support audits as needed.
