Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at Level 2 or 3 in Dulles, VA. The role conducts detailed scheduling and cost analyses for multiple programs, interfaces with cross-functional teams, and develops the Integrated Master Schedule to ensure program success.

Position may lead to responsibilities across EVMS, IPMR, and SRA practices with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 1+ years (Level 2) or 2+ years (Level 3) in program/project planning and scheduling.
• Strong PC skills and proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Interface with functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager.
• Develop and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
