Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Colorado Springs seeks a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst – Level 2 or 3 to join our team. You will perform detailed schedule analyses, coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule, and interface with multiple teams to meet program objectives.

The role requires a degree with 2+ years (Level 2) or 5+ years (Level 3) of planning/scheduling experience, proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in program/project planning and scheduling (Level 2) or Master’s degree with 1+ year (Level 2).
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program/project planning and scheduling (Level 3) or Master’s degree with 3+ years (Level 3).
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Must have ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership.
• Interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure schedules are integrated.
• Implement scheduling best practices including DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS, Critical Path Analysis, SRA, and health metrics.
