Job summary

You will assist with planning, budgeting, and cross-team coordination, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Pass background and drug screens; subject to random testing.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of programmatic experience.
• Knowledge of agency programs and community resources.
• Ability to analyze budgets and financial reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist CSD in achieving program goals and planning.
• Monitor expenditures and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate staff training and onboarding.
• Prepare records and reports for Director.
• Develop program planning activities and budgets.
• Liaise with other agency programs to coordinate services.
• Perform daily clerical duties for CSBG and LIHEAP.
