Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide leadership across our MSSC program operations, including supervision of community homes and adherence to funding and agency requirements. The role emphasizes quality service delivery and a professional workforce.

The Coordinator will supervise staff, coordinate with clinical teams to ensure plans are followed, and maintain strong relationships with families and external stakeholders, while meeting documentation and regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education or related field is preferred.
• Two years of experience in the DIDD/IDD field or a comparable program is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to observe, question, listen and give feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to MSSC program operations including community homes.
• Ensure compliance with funding sources and agency requirements.
• Coach, mentor and supervise staff across homes.
• Coordinate with nursing and therapy teams to meet schedules and plans.
• Attend meetings and serve as liaison with families and external partners.
