The University of Washington’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences seeks a Program Operations Specialist to lead strategic planning for CSPAR's Suicide Care Team, coordinating with UW Medicine, clinicians, and students to ensure timely project delivery. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, Communications, Education, Human Services, or related field.
  • 4 years' experience with project management and in-depth knowledge of project management best practices, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate strategic plan development and implementation (40%).
  • Coordinate and convene team members, collaborators, advisors, sponsors, etc. as necessary to achieve project success (20%).
  • Support clinic infrastructure development and maintenance (20%).
  • Manage project budget (10%).
  • Other duties as assigned (10%).
