Job summary

KBR is seeking a Financial Management Analyst in Huntsville, AL to support a portfolio of international security cooperation programs. You will provide planning, analysis, execution, and reporting for FMS, USAI, BPC, SDAF, FRA, and related funding sources, collaborating with program leadership and government stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in finance/ accounting or related field, 2+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Perform short-range and long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and funding analysis for assigned acquisition programs.
Analyze, monitor, and execute FMS, USAI, BPC, SDAF, FRA, and other funding sources for program objectives.
Develop financial reports, briefings, budget exhibits, and executive-level presentations for government and program leadership.
Track obligations, expenditures, commitments, and execution metrics across a large portfolio of weapon system programs.
Conduct financial reviews and reconcile funding data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
Support budget formulation activities, funding requests, reprogramming actions, and resource allocation decisions.
Provide financial guidance to program managers regarding funding availability and fiscal constraints.
Assess financial impacts of program changes and acquisition milestones throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate with contracting, logistics, engineering, and acquisition teams to align resources with mission requirements.
