Job summary

SQUAN is seeking a Program Leadership professional to oversee multiple client programs from start to finish in the telecommunications/infrastructure space. You will manage stakeholder expectations, craft detailed plans, and ensure governance and financial oversight across teams.

The role requires extensive experience in telecom programs, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM tools. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, construction, procurement, and legal to drive successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in telecommunications or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber, wireless, network deployment, ISP, OSP).
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SiteTracker).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent client programs from initiation through execution and closure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations; monitor progress.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures with status updates and dashboards.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in program delivery and client satisfaction.
