Job summary

Smartlink, a fast-paced telecommunications company in the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks a Project Manager II to lead services for assigned customers nationwide or within a defined scope. You will manage budgets, forecast outcomes, and coordinate resources to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to develop detailed project plans while maintaining schedules and stakeholder relationships. PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead services activities for a customer nationally or within a defined scope.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability.
• Hire and allocate resources across programs and projects; lead managers and individual contributors.
• Establish relationships with customers and subs, and drive new business opportunities.
• Create detailed project plans and maintain budget adherence.
