Job summary

Smartlink Group is seeking a Project Manager II to lead services for assigned customers, ensuring growth and profitability across national or regional scopes. You will allocate resources, manage budgets, and guide Managers and ICs to advance project goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in telecommunications, 3+ years in management, and a Bachelor’s degree. PMP is a plus. Moderate travel is expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, including 3 years in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education/experience.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead services activities for assigned customers to meet growth, profitability, and performance objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets with forecasting and reporting.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to create new business opportunities.
• Coach and develop internal teams and drive talent succession.
