Job summary

Smartlink is looking for a Project Manager II in Seattle to lead services for assigned customers and regions. You will manage budgets, forecast performance, and allocate resources across multiple programs to meet growth and profitability goals.

You will build strong customer relationships, mentor teams, and drive project execution with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead services activities for an assigned customer nationally or within a geographic area.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts to meet goals.
• Hire and allocate resources for multiple programs and projects.
• Provide regular reporting on project activity and performance.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
