Job summary

Artemis ARC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to provide high-level management support to the VA VHA Specialty Care Program Office. You will lead the full lifecycle of programs, coordinating with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to ensure timely, within-scope deliveries.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare program management, a Master's degree, and an active PMP certification. You will develop schedules, risk registers, and dashboards, while ensuring compliance with VA

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare program and project management experience.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, MBA, or related field.
• Active PMP certification or equivalent required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle program and project management activities for VHA Specialty Care initiatives.
• Develop, maintain integrated master schedules, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to meet milestones and comply with FAR/VA requirements.
• Produce executive-level briefings, SOPs, and program artifacts.
