Job summary

Artemis Arc is seeking a seasoned Program Director to support the VA Center for Care and Payment Innovation (CCPI) Strategic Planning Division (SPD) enterprise portfolio. You will provide senior program management, advisory support to SES-level VA leadership, and develop high-quality briefing materials for Congressional audiences, driving strategic direction and governance across multiple pilots.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive program management experience in federal health settings.
• Experience advising SES-level or equivalent federal executives, preferably within VA/DoD/HHS.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship. PMP or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program management oversight across the CCPI SPD enterprise portfolio, aligning work with VA priorities and task order requirements.
• Advise SES-level VA leadership on strategy, risk management, organizational change, and performance.
• Lead development of Congressional briefing materials, testimony, and legislative reports with clear VA messaging.
• Oversee governance activities: dashboards, schedules, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve impediments and sustain operations across pilots.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation and audit-ready deliverables.

Education

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Public Policy, or related field
