Job summary

Artemis Arc seeks an experienced Project Manager to support VA VHA SPD/CCPI initiatives. You will manage multiple pilots, maintain PMP artifacts, and develop oversight dashboards to enable executive decisions.

The role requires coordinating with government leadership and ensuring compliance with VA standards. You will prepare reports, track budgets and schedules, and lead collaboration sessions with program directors, pilot managers, and communications staff to deliver timely status updates and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience managing a large-scale, complex program.
• PMP certification with 4+ years' experience in a large organization.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain VA PIV credential and pass VA background investigation.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Government-approved PMP, Project Charter, integrated schedule, RAID Log, and Stakeholder Registry.
• Develop and maintain a Portfolio Management Dashboard for status and funding across pilots.
• Lead weekly status meetings with COR and produce Weekly Task Reports.
• Prepare semi-monthly budget and schedule trackers and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Prepare scoping letters for emerging in-scope requirements per Government requests.
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings and decision forums.
• Maintain centralized repositories, action trackers, and risk/issue logs.
• Provide executive-ready briefing materials for SES leadership and Congressional reporting.
