Job summary

Artemis ARC seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the VA VHA Specialty Care Program Office. You will lead schedules, action trackers, and governance across workstreams, coordinating with sponsors and government leadership to ensure VA-aligned delivery.

You will collaborate with data analysts, SMEs, and developers to track milestones, risks, and performance metrics, delivering executive-level updates and key documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• Minimum four years managing large-scale, complex programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent with at least four years in a large org.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight or more years managing large programs, preferably in health care.
• Experience supporting VA/VHA or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with federal health care environments and EHR modernization.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and MS Teams/SharePoint tools.
• Additional certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Change Management) welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers, and related PM tools.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards, and presentations for Government stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across related programs and initiatives to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums.
• Conduct functional assessments to identify current-state gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain risk, issue, decision, and action-item logs; track scope changes.
