You will own program plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while adhering to quality standards. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and risk management, collaborating with engineering, product, operations, and sales to align objectives and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in security or technology industries.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, including surveillance, access control, intrusion detection.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive program plans with scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define objectives and requirements.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets; manage risks.
• Oversee budgets, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and collections.
• Coordinate multi-location projects and occasional travel.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and sales to align goals.
• Ensure quality, deliverables, and customer satisfaction; manage change.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide regular status updates.
