This role requires strong financial acumen, risk management, and the ability to coordinate across locations, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in security/technology.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies (surveillance, access control, intrusion detection).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive program plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, and support to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage budgets, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and collections.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address issues to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate across locations and travel as needed for execution.
• Ensure program quality and on-time delivery to clients.
