Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct people management experience in risk or operations.
• Ability to partner effectively with internal globally distributed stakeholders.
• Operational background including new process launches / improvements and service delivery.
• Problem-solving skills and comfort leading by example with minimal guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a team of in-office Risk Operations Associates.
• Guide team to handle risk-related user escalations and support internal teams with complex inquiries.
• Drive strong operational delivery and process improvements balancing risk and customer experience.
• Build a positive culture, ensuring team members are happy, effective, and growing.
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and measure performance with data.
