Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management for the Office of Pro Acceleration to partner with leadership and drive governance, OKRs, and high-priority initiatives that accelerate value creation. You will architect operating rhythms and guide cross-functional teams through multi-unit transformations.

You will shape the governance cadence, surface bottlenecks, and align resources to achieve financial and strategic objectives with pace and clarity.

Qualifications

• 6 years in program management, PMO execution, strategy, or cross-functional transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Defines and enforces operating rhythm and governance cadence for large, multi-unit business transformations.
• Partners seamlessly with business partners and leadership to identify bottlenecks, surface interdependencies, and resolve conflict.
• Understands financial goals and establishes and tracks OKRs, monitoring progress to ensure financial and strategic objectives are met.
• Challenges assumptions to ensure teams are moving with pace to deliver critical milestones, partnering with leadership to secure cross functional input, prioritization, and resourcing
