• Experience managing complex, organization-wide projects.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and PM tools.
• Familiarity with knowledge and policy management practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Provide strategic advice and analysis to senior leadership on PD and office management.
• Identify emerging challenges and facilitate decision-making via alternatives.
• Collaborate to formulate and disseminate policy and guidance to missions and policymakers.
• Lead the flow of briefing materials and responses to senior officials.
• Review matters requiring senior attention and analyze diverse requests.
• Establish policies and guidelines for records management.
• Relay instructions, coordinate data collection, and prepare reports for senior officials.
• Manage records in accordance with records management policies.
