Job summary

AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY is seeking a Program Manager - Performance & Budgets to define strategy and drive projects transforming the networks business. You will lead strategic initiatives across Electric and Gas, Operations and Projects, and Planning teams, shaping delivery with senior leadership.

You will partner with vice presidents to ensure initiatives deliver expected financial and operational results, balancing resources and timelines with a focus on long-term planning and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Information Technology, or related field.
• Master/MBA degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in workforce management, finance, or a related area.
• Working knowledge of utility industry regulation.
• Proficiency with SAP fundamentals and processes preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Identify processes changes opportunities to improve operational and financial results.
• Plan, implement, control, and improve performance management programs.
• Guarantee implementation of efficiencies in processes, systems and tasks.
• Disseminate and articulate programs for leadership buy-in.
• Coordinate discussions of Financial & Operational Management goals.
• Lead initiatives to ensure process and procedure compliance with regulatory standards.
