Job summary

The Program Manager, Performance & Budgets will define the strategy and guarantee delivery of projects transforming Avangrid’s networks business into a leading energy distribution company. You will lead strategic transformation initiatives and advise Directors on the best methodologies, partnering with vice presidents to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work across Electric and Gas, Operations and Projects, and Planning; ensure communications to leaders and staff, drive efficiency, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HRIT, or a related field.
• MBA preferred; 8+ years experience in workforce management or finance.
• Working knowledge of utility regulation; SAP and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
