Job summary

AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY is seeking a Program Manager, Performance & Budgets to define strategy and guarantee project delivery across the networks business. You will collaborate with Directors, VPs, and Presidents to shape the Transformation Plan and drive cross‑functional execution across Electric, Gas, Operations, and Planning teams.

The role requires leading performance management, process improvements, and ensuring benefits are realized, with strong oversight of budgets and resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Information Technology, or related field.
• Master/MBA degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in workforce management, finance, or related area.
• Working knowledge of utility industry regulation.
• Proficiency with SAP fundamentals and processes preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Identify processes changes opportunities to improve operational and financial results at Avangrid Networks.
• Plan, implement, control, and improve performance management, processes review programs and quality assurance.
• Identify and guarantee implementation of efficiencies in processes, systems and tasks.
• Develop and execute programs that promote process improvements and cultural change.
• Coordinate the recommendations for grid enhancement and guarantee initiatives are implemented.
• Lead initiatives to ensure process and procedure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
