Job summary

Avangrid is seeking a Program Manager - Performance & Budgets to define strategy and guarantee implementation of transformation projects across networks operations. You will lead cross-functional teams and advise Directors to shape delivery, collaborating with VP-level leaders to ensure outcomes align with long-term outlooks.

The role spans multiple units including Electric and Gas, Operations and Projects, and Plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Information Technology, or related field.
• Master/MBA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve operational and financial results at Avangrid Networks.
• Plan, implement, control, and improve performance management and quality assurance.
• Guarantee implementation of efficiencies in processes, systems and tasks.
• Develop and execute short-, medium- and long-term strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate discussions of Financial & Operational goals and propose scenarios for performance.
