Job summary
AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY seeks an Program Manager - Performance & Budgets to define strategy and drive projects transforming the networks business in the energy distribution sector. You will guide delivery across multiple units and advise Directors, working with VPs and Presidents to ensure on-time, on-budget results.
The role spans Electric, Gas, Operations, Projects, and Technology, coordinating cross-functional teams to exceed long-term outlook goals and ensure regulatory and safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
- Master/MBA degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in workforce management, finance, or related area.
- Working knowledge of utility industry regulation.
- Proficiency with SAP fundamentals and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Identify process changes to improve operational and financial results.
- Plan, implement, control, and improve performance management and QA.
- Guarantee initiative delivery and communication to leaders.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and balance demand and resources.
- Lead regulatory and governance-related initiatives.
