AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY seeks a Program Manager, Performance & Budgets, to define strategy and guarantee execution of projects transforming Avangrid’s networks business. You will lead strategic initiatives, advise senior leaders, and collaborate with VP-level stakeholders to deliver results across Electric, Gas, and other units.

The role drives efficiency, ensures regulatory compliance, and shapes the Transformation Plan with leadership buy-in, while coordinating across multiple business areas

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT or related field.
Master/MBA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Define strategy and guarantee implementation of transformative projects.
Lead delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across networks units.
Advise Directors on methodology and collaborate with vice presidents.
Ensure communication of initiatives to leaders and impacted employees.
Guarantee delivery of initiatives and expected results by business areas.
Improve operational efficiency and performance through process optimization.
Coordinate discussions on goals and performance with Financial & Operations Management.
