Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Program Manager in Westerville, OH to oversee strategic initiatives across one or more global strategic accounts. The role involves coordinating from quoting stage through operations, and guiding cross-functional teams to resolve program-wide issues.

You will drive data integrity, manage targets for design, quality, manufacturing, and logistics, and support the deployment of FCN and FDS. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relative industry experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams indirectly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and order management to ensure order accuracy and proper revenue allocation.
• Define targets with function leaders and measure progress across design, quality, manufacturing, shipping and operations.
• Lead data integrity for install base and ensure accurate customer reports (ship dates, serial/model numbers).
• Oversee deployment of field change notices and factory direct service.
• Ensure change orders are entered in CPQ and booked in EBS.
