Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and order management to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Escalate potential risks to the execution manager.
• Define targets for improvement in design, quality, manufacturing, shipping and operations; measure progress.
• Lead data integrity for equipment and ensure install base data is accurate.
• Ensure accuracy of ship dates, serial numbers and model numbers reported to customers.
• Oversee deployment of field change notices and factory-direct service.
• Ensure change orders are entered in CPQ and booked in EBS.
