Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading security solutions provider, seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee multi-geography programs for national accounts. You will coordinate across Sales, Service, and Field Support to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include regular account reviews, resource planning, and reporting, with collaboration across Installation Managers to support profitable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Electronic Security Integration experience.
• 10 years project management experience in security integration or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to National/Key accounts managing overall service/implementation performance and customer satisfaction.
• Organize and lead regular face-to-face visits with Program teams to discuss performance and plans.
• Coordinate resources and schedules with field operations and internal systems.
• Interface daily with Sales, Service, and HQ Field Support management.
• Develop project plans, best practices, and reporting procedures.
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget and within scope; provide dashboards and reviews.
