Job summary

Securitas Technology, a leading provider of integrated security solutions, seeks a Program Manager to oversee national accounts and multi-geography projects. You will coordinate with Sales, Service and HQ, ensuring resources, timelines, and budgets align with strategic goals.

You will manage performance, develop plans, and interface with customers to maintain exceptional service levels. A strong PM background in security or related sectors is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires electronic security integration experience.
• 10 years project management experience in security integration or related field.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Understanding of construction processes and project flows.
• Experience delivering professional services such as consulting, system implementation, software support, network design or installation.
• Strong team management and national accounts experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to National/Key accounts managing overall service/implementation account performance, technical problem identification and resolution.
• Organize and lead regular face to face visits with assigned Program teams to discuss performance, projects, issues, and plans.
• Direct interface with customers when required.
• Create strategy and update project best practices/ processes and support procedures/requirements.
• Monitor performance and provide direction to ensure projects are on time, on budget and within scope.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and present project status weekly, monthly and quarterly.
