Job summary

Securitas, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to act as the client’s Security Advisor, providing strategic direction and leadership for the account, owning the security program strategy, and ensuring profitability across the footprint.

The PM will coordinate with the Global Clients Americas Program Director, lead Security Risk Reviews, staffing and budgeting, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery to client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account(s).
• Manage full P&L ownership; analyze operational and financial indicators to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Global Clients Americas Program Director to provide high level service and implement programs.
• Conduct Security Risk Reviews and support global safety programs with client coordination.
• Ensure staffing levels are appropriate and scheduling is managed to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork and drive changes to improve security practices and service delivery.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs; support client start-ups and transitions; coordinate post orders and contracts.
