Qualifications

• Owns and leads the security program strategy for the client.
• Manages full P&L ownership and analyzes financial indicators.
• Coordinates with Global Clients Americas and client stakeholders.
• Performs Security Risk Reviews and implements global safety programs.
• Ensures staffing aligned with client requirements while controlling labor costs.
• Prepares and responds to RFP/RFI and develops pricing strategies.
• Interfaces with branches to maintain high-quality customer service.
• Executes post orders updates and ensures contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact to ensure high-quality service for the client.
• Own full P&L; monitor operational and financial indicators.
• Coordinate with Global Clients Americas for service delivery and client communications.
• Conduct security risk reviews using industry best practices and client tools.
• Support client start-ups, transitions, and contract compliance; optimize staffing and resources.
