Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading security solutions provider, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee national accounts and multi-geography programs with $15-$50 million annual revenue potential. You will coordinate across Sales, Service, and Headquarters, drive performance, resource planning, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include client engagement, strategy development, and process improvement to support ESP growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Electronic security integration experience.
• 10 years project management in security integration or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Understanding of construction processes and project flows.
• Experience delivering professional services such as consulting, system implementation, software support, network design or installation.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• Experience managing National Accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical skills in software, networking, and systems development.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to National/Key accounts managing service/implementation performance.
• Lead regular face-to-face visits with Program teams to discuss performance, projects, issues, and plans.
• Coordinate resources with field operations and ensure scheduling.
• Interface daily with Sales, Service, and HQ management.
• Develop strategies and update project best practices and support procedures.
• Deliver reporting and performance reviews to clients weekly, monthly and quarterly.
