Job summary

Securitas Technology, part of Securitas, is a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions. This Program Manager role supports Fortune 1000 and national accounts, coordinating across Sales, Service, and Field Support to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of security projects.

You will lead program teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes while maintaining high client satisfaction and profitability across multi-geography engagements.

Qualifications

• Electronic Security Integration experience.
• 10 years project management experience in security integration or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Understanding of construction processes and project flows in construction.
• Experience delivering professional services such as consulting, system implementation, software support, network design or installation.
• Demonstrated record of team management skills.
• Successfully managed National Accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of technology such as software, networking, and systems development.
• Very detailed and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to National/Key account managing overall service/performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead regular face-to-face visits with Program teams to discuss performance and plans.
• Coordinate resources with field operations and internal systems.
• Interface with Sales, Service, and Headquarter Field Support.
• Discuss ESP growth and future support with Electronic Security Group.
• Review workload and plan resources for future opportunities.
• Directly contact/interface with customers as needed.
• Support delivery process improvements and revise to meet business needs.
• Create/update project best practices and support procedures.
• Support account profitability goals.
• Assist Installation Managers/Directors with reporting and resolution of issues.
• Maintain databases for nationally provided commodities.
• Monitor performance and ensure projects are on time and within scope.
• Create and maintain client reports; present weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with Logistics on staging/kitting ESP orders.
• Develop project plans with customers, define responsibilities, deliverables, terms.
