Qualifications

• Electronic Security Integration experience.
• 10 years PM experience in security integration or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Understanding of construction processes and project flows in construction.
• Experience delivering professional services (consulting, system implementation, software support, network design/installation).
• Proven record of team management.
• Experience with national accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical skills in software, networking, and systems development.
• Very detailed and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for National/Key accounts and multi-geography opportunities.
• Lead regular program reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate resources across Sales, Service, and Support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and dashboards.
• Ensure projects stay on time, budget, and scope.
• Interface with customers to manage expectations and issues.
